User Experience (UX)
Within my last year of college, I was introduced to User Experience (UX) through a class. Applying my knowledge from my internship at Look East to the lessons taught in my class sparked a passion for building successful websites. I analyzed a men's grooming and shaving website and gave recommendations to improve engagement metrics, unique content, and how to provide a better user experience for consumers.

Getbevel.com Content & Traffic Analysis
SEM Rush + Engagement metrics
The business of grooming has been expanding over the years, with the rise of start-up companies steering previously loyal customers away from previous brands. However, there has been a recent decline for grooming needs, as the population of the United States is aging and growing less hair, or simply caring less about the presence of body hair (Tiffany, 2018). This decrease in sales is fueling a competitive nature among the companies in the grooming game, and causing companies to sell directly to consumers, primarily online.
