What is SEO and How Does it Work?
One of my favorite projects during my internship was curating and designing the first white paper for Look East. The 5 Quick Tips for Improving SEO was a fun and intriguing blog to write, and I transformed the written blog into a downloadable white paper off the company's website. Not only did I experience the process of writing, rewriting repeatedly, but I also got to see a project that I created from beginning to end.

When I began searching for topics I wanted to write about for Best Food Facts, I thought about what I, as a consumer, wanted to know. CBD is a trending topic and does not seem to be slowing down, and consumers like me have lots of questions about the ingredient. So, I reached out to an expert in the field to provide more information and answer the important question: What is CBD?

After finishing the first article, What is CBD? I still had questions that needed to be answered, including how CBD relates to our food, and whether or not it's safe to be adding this ingredient in our favorite snacks. I reached back out to Dr. Norbert Kaminski and got the answers so many consumers about CBD.

Busy moms and creative foodies wanted something more out of their cooking appliances, and had questions about a modern kitchenware: the Instant Pot. I got in contact with several experts before finding one that could speak on the advantages of the Instant Pot and how it can perform in the kitchen. The purpose of this article was to lay out all of the information for consumers so they could decide for themselves if it was worth purchasing.
Gen Z Favors Fun, Fresh Food
As a member of Generation Z, I was curious to learn more about the differences in this generation's food trends. What are foodies obsessed with? What do young people want out of their food choices or restaurants? I was able to answer these answers and more through my extensive research on this topic.
